Our products are made by hand, small imperfections, variance in colors, differences in shape or irregularities in the yarn might happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product!

SIZE

All our capes and ponchos are one of kind and one size. However size may vary from one product to another as we do not alter the beautiful fabrics when we receive it.  Please reach out if you have any questions and we will help you pick up the perfect piece for your body shape.

CARE

Dry clean only.

We always make sure that your order ships within 1-2 business days. After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice.

Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

Shipping, Taxes and Duties: All shipping rates are calculated through UPS / FEDEX / USPS. 

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. 

Every piece is crafted with intention and love! ​Because of the care that goes into creations, all purchases are final sale. This includes custom pieces and international orders. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at order@nagalosangeles.com with the following:

~ Your order number

~ A brief description of the damage

~ A few clear photos of the damaged piece
